Lucushade: júla 2016

V deň, keď som sa o Dánsku dozvedela najviac, bolo najhoršie počasie! Dážď a vietor. A potom viac dažďa a vetrisko! :)) Napriek tomu to pre mňa bol najkrajší deň :) Videla som živé tulene (ŽIVÉ TULENE!!!) :))), plavila sa trajektom, bola na pikniku. Spoznala veľa vecí a prechádzala miestami, v ktorých sa zastavil čas. Bola som v lese s jeleňmi, aj na pláži pri rozbúrenom oceáne... Veľa sa smiala a veľa čudovala. :) Ten deň sa mi nevryl do mysle. Vryl sa mi do srdca... A za to patrí obrovská vďaka Janke a Bjarnemu! :)

That day in which I learned about Denmark the most, was the worst weather! Rain and wind. And then more rain and strongest wind! :)) Nevertheless, this for me was the most beautiful day :) I saw live seals (LIVE SEALS !!!), :))) sailed the ferry, was on a picnic. I got to know many things and going through places where time stands still. I was in the woods with deers, also on the beach in front of a stormy ocean ... I laughed often, I was surprised often. :) That day doesn´t got into mind. It´s got into my heart ... For that the big thank belongs to Janka and Bjarne! :)

Vzali nás na Fanø - ostrov plný poézie. Krásnych malých domčekov so slamenými strechami. Kvetov a slaného vzduchu. Očaril ma aj v daždi. :) Bjarne s Jankou boli úžasní sprievodcovia! :) Nielen, že nás povodili po celom ostrove, ale porozprávali nám tiež veľa vecí o Dánsku (a Dánoch) :) A ja teraz ani neviem, odkiaľ začať... (snáď som si všetko zapamätala správne) :)

They took us to Fanø - an island full of poetry. Beautiful small houses with thatched roofs. Flowers and salt air. It charmed me even in the rain. Bjarne with Janka were awesome guides! :) Not only because the showed us the island, also because they talked a lot of things about Denmark (and Danish people) :) And now I don´t even know where to start... (hope, I remembered everything correctly) :)

Takže... :) Dáni sú milí a priateľskí. Nemajú veľa kamarátov, no menší okruh blízkych ľudí vyhľadávajú často. S nimi sa radi navštevujú a jedia. :) Sú gurmáni a jedlo milujú. A vedia ho vychutnať! :) Skoro som odpadla, keď sme sa (počas dažďa) :) zastavili v lese najesť! :) Čakala som rožky a sedenie pod stromom. Namiesto toho sa z tašky vynoril obrus, poháre, príbory... stolovanie ako pre nedeľný obed :) V Dánsku skrátka nezáleží na tom KDE jete, ale AKO! :)

So, the Danes are nice and friendly. They don´t have lots of friends, but a smaller circle of close people often seek. They like to visit and eat with them. :) They are foodies and love the food. And they know to enjoy it! :) I almost fainted when we (in the rain) stopped for the eat in the forest! :) I expected rolls and sitting under a tree. Instead of, from bags were emerged tablecloth, glasses, cutlery, plates ... as for a Sunday lunch :) In short - in Denmark isn´t matter where you will eat, but how! :)

So stravovaním súvisí aj ekológia. Všetko čo som v Dánsku ochutnala, malo eko chuť. :))) Vyzeralo čerstvo a chutilo ako z babičkinej záhrady; bez hnojív a fosfátov. :) Neprekvapilo ma to – každé ráno sme prechádzali pomedzi krásne polia a lesy (v súkromnom vlastníctve), o ktoré sa ľudia zodpovedne starali.

Food is related to ecology. Everything I tasted in Denmark, has an "eco" taste. :))) It looked fresh and tasted like from grandma's garden; free from phosphate fertilizers. :) It didn´t surprise me - every morning we passed between beautiful fields and forests (most in private ownership), about which people cared responsibly.

Často sme brzdili, aby sme nezrazili bažanty a zajace a nekonečne veľa vtákov (vtáčie búdky visia takmer všade). Na cyklistov sme pozor dávať nemuseli. :) Vedľa ciest vedú chodníky určené len pre nich. Až tie ďalšie - chodníky vedľa cyklistických chodníkov :) - sú určené pre chodcov. Veľa Dánov jazdí na bicykli (a nezáleží na počasí; jazdia aj v najhoršej búrke). :) Možno je to tým, že dane za autá môžu až 3x prevýšiť cenu auta. V ekologickej krajine sa s tým ale počíta a keby som tam žila, jazdila by som na bicykli (A VEĽMI RADA) tiež (aj tak jazdím aj na Slovensku). :)))

We had to stopped the car very often, because of pheasants and hares, and an infinite number of birds (feeders for birds are everywhere). Only for the cyclist we didn´t had to watch. :) Besides roads lead paths designed just for them. For people are another - paths next to the biking paths :) biking trails are for pedestrians. Many Danes use bikes (regardless of the weather, even in the worst storm). :) Maybe it's because of the fact that taxes on cars can be up to 3 times more than the cost of the car. In ecological country you have to count with it. If I would lived there, I would rode the bike also (I´m still ride in Slovakia). :)))

Pracovný čas je v Dánsku 37hodín. Nadčasy sa nerobia – voľný čas je dôležitejší ako peniaze. (TAK VEĽMI SÚHLASÍM!!!) :)) Pokiaľ nepotrebujete nadštandart, zvyčajne stačí, aby pracoval jeden partner. Schválne som použila slovo partner – tolerancia je v Dánsku obrovská a nie je výnimočné stretnúť dvoch „oteckov“, alebo dve „mamičky“ s deťmi. Všetko je vecou voľby a k tomuto postoju sú deti vedené už v školách.

Working time is 37 hours in Denmark. Overtime doesn´t exist - free time is more important than money. (I AGREE SO MUCH!!!) :)) If you don´t need nadstandart, usually is enough if works only one partner. I deliberately used the word "partner" - tolerance in Denmark is huge and is not unusual to meet two "dads" or two "moms" with children. Everything is a matter of choice. To this attitude children are led at school already.

Deti sú naozaj skôr vedené, než vychovávané. Kontrola týrania detí dosiahla v Dánsku nový rozmer a viedla k tomu, že viac-menej neexistuje možnosť dieťa potrestať. Zaujímavý je tiež ich postoj k drogovo závislým ľuďom – v Dánskych novinách sme narazili na článok o tom, ako im štát vytvoril miestnosť, v ktorej sú im zdarma poskytované drogy a injekčné striekačky. Všetko preto, aby sa ochránila spoločnosť – títo ľudia potom neležia zdrogovaní na ulici a nemusia kvôli drogám kradnúť...

Children are really more "to led" than "to train up". Control of Child Abuse in Denmark reached a new dimension and led to the fact that there is no possibility to punish the child. Interesting is also their attitude towards drug addicts - in a Danish newspaper, we came across an article about how their country has created room in which they are provided free drugs and syringes. Everything for to protect the company - these people simply do not lie on drugs on the street and do not steal because of drugs ...

Zločinnosť v Dánsku prakticky neexistuje. Videla som množstvo (aj drahých) bicyklov celý deň opretých o stenu a nikto sa ich nedotkol (v duchu som hádala, ako dlho by vydržali u nás... :))) Rešpekt voči majetku a súkromiu ostatných ľudí je obrovský a ploty plnia skôr dekoračnú, ako ochrannú funkciu. Môžete prejsť po cudzom pozemku, no musíte rešpektovať vzdialenosť 50m od domu. Okná v moderných domoch sú obrovské, zásadne bez záclon či žalúzií. Môžete vidieť všetko – ich zariadenie, ich život. Napriek tomu som bola jediná, kto sa pozeral. :) Žiadneho Dána by ani nenapadlo narušiť takým spôsobom súkromie niekoho iného.

Crime in Denmark is practically nonexistent. I saw quantity (also expensive) bikes all day leaning against the wall and nobody touched them (in the spirit am guessing how long it would last us ...) :))) Respect for property and privacy of other people it is huge and fences perform more decorative, than protective function. At countryside you can walk through a foreign land, but you must respect the distance of 50m from the house. The windows in modern houses are huge, essentially without curtains or blinds. You can see everything - their equipment, their lives. Nevertheless, I was the only one who watched. :) No Dane would try to disrupt the privacy of others with this way.

Muži a ženy sú rovnocenní. V zamestnaní zarábajú rovnaké peniaze. Ženy majú vďaka tomu oveľa viac slobody. A tiež oveľa viac sebavedomia :) Možno preto si mnoho dánskych mužov si nájde menej sebavedomú, no pokornú a poslušnú partnerku z inej krajiny. Videli sme veľa zmiešaných párov – dánskych mužov s partnerkami z Ázie, Indie, či dokonca Afriky. Mnohí uzatvoria manželstvo. Prekvapením pre mňa bolo, že uzatvorenie manželstva automaticky nevedie k získaniu občianstva. O to môže manželka požiadať až po 6tich rokoch manželstva. Aj vtedy nie je isté, že ho získa.

Men and women are equal. At work they earn the same money. Thanks to it, women have a lot more freedom. Also a lot more self-confidence :) Maybe that´s the reason why many Danish men will find less self-confident, but humble and obedient partner from another country. We saw a lot of mixed couples - Danish men with women from Asia, India and even Africa. Many couples will marry. The surprise for me was that for the marriage does not automatically lead to citizenship. Foreign partner can require it after 6 years of marriage. Even if it is not certain that he will get it.

Môžete v Dánsku žiť, mať dlhodobé povolenie k pobytu, môžete dobre zarábať. Pokiaľ ale nemáte občianstvo, nemôžete si kúpiť pozemok, dom, ani byt. Zo svojej krajiny nedajú Dáni cudzincovi ani meter :) Sú na svoju domovinu hrdí a takmer každý z nich má pri dome obrovský stožiar s Dánskou vlajkou. Najprv sme sa čudovali, no keď sme videli ako to v dánsku funguje, ako spokojne ľudia žijú, aká čistá je ich krajina, ako sa dodržiavajú zákony a vláda sa o ľudí naozaj stará... bolo mi jasné, že keď Dán odíde na dovolenku do cudziny, po návrate domov vztýči vlajku. :) Šťastný, že je naspäť v krajine kde väčšina vecí funguje tak, ako má... :))))

You can live in Denmark, have long-term residence permit, you can make good money. If, however, you do not have citizenship, you can not buy land, house or apartment. Even one meter of their country will not own any alien. :) They are proud of their homeland and nearly every one has at home a huge pole with the Danish flag. At first we wondered, but when we saw how it works in Denmark, how happily people live, how pure their country as law-abiding and the government really care of the people ... it was clear to me, that if Dan leaves for vacation abroad, after returning home to raise the flag. :) Happy to be back in a country where most things work the way it should ... :))))

Typické posedenie pred domom. Ak nemáte stôl, stačí lavička. Ak nemáte dom, máte balkón. Jednoducho sedenie vonku musí byť :) / A typical furniture in front of house. If you don´t have a table, bench is enough. If you don´t have a house, you have a balcony. But place for sitting out there must be :)

Esbjerg. V strede mesta park. V strede parku jelene. :) / Esbjerg. In the middle of the town is park. In the middle of the park are deers. :)

Kvety. Vždy a všade. Dánsko je jednoducho NÁDHERNE zelená krajina. :) / Flowers. Always and everywhere. Denmark is simply BEAUTIFUL green landscape. :)

Oceán. Ak zaplávate priďaleko, naspäť k brehu musíte plávať šikmo, nie kolmo. Veľa ľudí na to zabudne a morské prúdy ich stiahnu na šíre more. / Ocean. If you swam too far away, you have to swim back to the shore at an angle, not perpendicular. Many people forget for it and sea currents and download them on the high seas.

Janka a Bjarne a naše super počasie! :D Ja som bola veľmi spokojná. Kto by videl silu oceánu v dobrom počasí, nie? :)) / Janka and Bjarne and amazing weather of our perfect day! :D I was very satisfied. Who will see strong of the Ocean in good weather, righ? :)

Ak by som mala časť Dánska, v ktorej sme strávili 10dní opísať jedným slovom, zvolila by som "pôvabné". Nádherne zelené, jemne zvlnené. Neuveriteľne čisté. Domčeky so slamenými strechami obklopené kvetmi a stromami. Šum dažďa, spev vtákov. Vietor. Vôňa mora... Krajina vyzerala, akoby sa niekto na malom kúsku zeme snažil vysadiť raj a dal si záležať na každom detaile. :)

If I should describe a part of Denmark where we spent 10days in one word, I would chose the word "charming". Beautifully green, gently undulating. Incredibly clean. Houses with thatched roofs, flowers and trees around. Sounds of rain, singing of birds. Wind. Scent of the sea. The landscape looked like a someone had a intention to build a paradise there on a small piece of land, and he put depend on every detail. :)

Na ubytovanie sme prišli neskoro večer. Napriek tomu nás Inge privítala s úsmevom, bez najmenšieho náznaku nervozity. (Neskôr som zistila, že táto pohoda je pre Dánov typická) :) Ukázala nám kde budeme bývať a ja som odpadla! :))) Nebolo to ubytovanie, BOL TO DOMČEK Z ROZPRÁVKY! :) Biely s modrými trámami, plný kvetov a starodávneho nábytku, starostlivo opatrovaný mnohými generáciami, z ktorých každá v ňom niečo nechala (minimálne fotku) :)) Zo záhrady bol výhľad na more. Ráno ma budila vôňa stromov a spev vtákov. Pri jedle som z okna videla ovečky. Nie špinavé, zalepené zvieratá, ale malé, čistučké ovečky s milými papuľkami, ktoré sa chce človeku objímať :)) Dom stál na kopci nad morom, takmer na samote. O kúsok ďalej bolo zopár ďalších. Pri nich polia a lúky. 2-3 kravičky či koníky. Vôbec nevyzerali ako úžitkové zvieratá, boli čisté a spokojné. A vyzeralo to, že ich chovajú len preto, aby dotvárali pôvab krajiny. :)

We arrived late in the evening. Nevertheless Inge welcomed us with a smile, without the slightest hint of nervousness. (Later I found out, that the peace is for the danish very typical) :) She showed us where we will live and I fell off! :))) It wasn´t an accommodation, it was A HOUSE OF FAIRY TALE! :) White with a blue beams, full of flowers and ancient furniture. Carefully kept by many generations, each of which left something in it (at least a photo) :)) In the garden was a sea view. In the morning woke me up smell the trees and songs of birds. While I ate, through the window I watching the sheeps. Not dirty, sticky animals, but clean, small, cute sheeps, that a person wants to hug :)) The house stood on a hill overlooking the sea, almost alone. A little further away were more houses, surrounded by fields and meadows, somewhere with 2-3 cows or horses. They did not look at all as productive animals were clean and satisfied. It seemed that they kept just to dotvárali country charm. :)

Najbližšie mestečko - Odder - bolo od nás vzdialené 10km. Bolo malé, s jednou hlavnou ulicou, zopár obchodmi a námestím s fontánou. A tiež vlastným múzeom! Parkom s jazerom a leknami! A vlakovou stanicou s množstvom bicyklov. NEZAMKNUTÝCH! :) Možno je to veľmi subjektívne vnímanie, no ja som prišla domov s pocitom, že Dánsko je krajina kde to "funguje". :) A musela som premýšľať, čo vlastne treba na to, aby bol svet okolo nás krajší... Ohľaduplnosť a úcta? Láska k prírode? Alebo iba trocha snahy? :)

The nearest town - Odder - was 10 km away. It was small town, with one main street, few shops, square and fountain. Also with their own museum! Park with lake and water lilies! And train station with lots of bicycles. UNLOCKED! :) Perhaps it´s a very subjective perception, but I came home with feeling that Denmark is a country where it "works". :) And I had to think about what exactly needs to be, to make the world around us more beautiful ... Caring and respect? Love for nature? Or just a little effort? :)
